30-DAY RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, simply email us at theironhydecompany@gmail.com. We will guide you through the return process and, once approved, issue a full refund of your order value.

All items purchased from The IronHyde Company are eligible for return and refund under this policy.

HOW TO START A RETURN

1. Email us at theironhydecompany@gmail.com to request your return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with simple instructions and our return address.
3. Ship the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
5. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at theironhydecompany@gmail.com so we can make it right. We will cover return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Items purchased more than 30 days prior
• Gift cards
• Free promotional items
• Items that have been fully used beyond a reasonable trial period

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product or variant, please request a refund and place a new order.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service. The IronHyde Company is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
