Every jar of IronHyde Tallow Balm is packed and shipped from Palm City, Florida. We process and ship orders quickly so you can start seeing results as soon as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier disruptions outside our control.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. The IronHyde Company is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at theironhydecompany@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the package cannot be located, contact us at theironhydecompany@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and email us at theironhydecompany@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping options will be announced on our website and social channels as they become available.
